Manufacturing possibilities
H.P. Wirth offers you numerous manufacturing options – starting with individual wire extrusion, through drawing round wires from 0.3 mm, to profile rolling.
From samples to mass production: the delivery quantity depends on your demand – we manufacture from batch size 1.
When it comes to molded parts, we do not limit ourselves to ring geometries, but also deliver stamped and bent parts according to your specifications (also made from non-solder materials). You determine the limits.
For preformed parts, our standard starts with inside diameters of 0.5 mm and ends at 100 mm – – everything in different wire thicknesses and wire profiles.
